Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate closely with your multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated treatment approach.

• Provide education and support for clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, session notes, and client progress in compliance with all regulatory standards.

You will primarily work with adults experiencing substance use disorders alongside varying degrees of mental health issues. The cases may range from those seeking voluntary treatment to individuals mandated to enter treatment due to legal requirements. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, between USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually , and includes a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 .
