Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and provide crisis intervention as needed.

• Participate in treatment planning and case conferences, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to devise holistic care strategies for clients.

• Complete all required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner to maintain compliance with organizational standards.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic approaches and tailored interventions.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, including Reentry Social Workers and institutional programs, to ensure appropriate resources are in place for client discharge and follow-up.

• May supervise interns or students, providing mentorship and support to those entering the field of mental health.

• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, workshops, and conferences.
\n
• Complete necessary statistical reports to contribute to the clinic’s data-driven approaches and quality improvement initiatives.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
