Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and insightful individual therapy sessions tailored to our clients' unique needs.

• Facilitate couples therapy, addressing relationship dynamics and enhancing communication skills.

• Work with families to resolve conflicts, improve interactions, and strengthen bonds through therapeutic techniques.

• Craft individualized treatment plans and clinical assessments in alignment with each client’s specific goals and challenges.

• Diagnose and assess mental health disorders while utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to provide holistic care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide range of backgrounds, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and family dysfunction. You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, adapting your therapeutic approach to resonate with their personal experiences and cultural contexts. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
