Epic Analyst II

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is looking for Certified Epic Analysts to join the Epic Team! Epic Analyst II is a journey-level role responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic systems to ensure efficient and effective healthcare operations. Epic Analyst II collaborates with IT staff and end users to address system needs, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to projects that enhance workflows and overall efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals with healthcare or technical experience who are interested in leveraging technology to improve operations and advance their career within ARMC. Epic certification must be obtained and maintained in one or more of the following modules: EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst Epic Cadence Analyst EpicCare Orders Analyst Epic Grand Central Analyst EpicCare ASAP Analyst (Emergency Department) Epic Business Intelligence Developer-Revenue Cycle EpicCare Willow Analyst (Inpatient Pharmacy) Epic Business Intelligence Developer-Clinical EpicCare Radiant Analyst (Radiology Information System) Epic MyChart Analyst EpicCare Beaker & Anatomic Pathology Analyst (Lab abd AP System) Epic HIM-ROI Analyst EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst Epic Security Coordinator ARROWHEAD REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER Located on a beautiful 70-acre campus in Colton, California (50 miles east of Los Angeles), Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is a state-of-the-art, public/nonprofit, 456-bed, university affiliated teaching hospital licensed by the State of California Department of Public Health and accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital houses a regional burn center serving four counties (San Bernardino, Riverside, Mono and Inyo), a comprehensive stroke center, level I trauma center and a freestanding in-patient behavioral health center. Additionally, ARMC operates five community-based, primary care clinics and over 40 specialty care outpatient services. Certification: Incumbents must possess and maintain Epic certification in their assigned module. Some positions may require incumbents to obtain and maintain additional vendor specific certifications on the applications supported. Additional Epic certifications must be obtained within six (6) months of notification from a supervisor and/or management team. The Clinical Informatics Department reserves its right to extend beyond six (6) months if the core training class schedule falls outside of this period. If certification is not obtained after six (6) months of notification or the dedicated extended time allowance, the incumbent’s employment will be terminated. On-Call: Incumbents may be placed "On-Call" for nights,weekends and holidays depending on the certified module. Candidates must meet ALL of the following Certification and Experience requirements: Certification: Current Epic Certification in one or more modules by Epic Systems Corporation. Experience: One (1) year full-time experience as an Epic Analyst I with ARMC. -OR- One (1) year of full-time experience on an Epic team performing system builds, configurations, and providing user support with Epic. The ideal candidate will be certified in multiple modules and have two (2) years experience working with Epic systems, strong technical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with IT staff and end users to optimize workflows and support efficient healthcare operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
