Job Summary:
Seeking for a Junior Product Manager where will lead the discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital products and service initiatives from discovery through delivery, including customer-facing and operational products.
- Translate business needs and customer feedback into actionable product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions and validate solutions.
- Coordinate across vendors and internal teams to ensure progress toward goals and timelines.
- Monitor product performance and operational outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading the development, launch, or continuous improvement of digital products.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Strong ability to balance user needs, operational constraints, and business objectives.
- Familiarity with accessibility, customer experience, or digital transformation initiatives.
Must Have Skills:
- Problem-solving with strong attention to detail - 3 Years
- Professional communication skills with stakeholders - 3 Years
- Prioritization and organization of multiple initiatives - 3 Years
- Leadership and team collaboration - 3 Years
- Experience with digital product development or technology modernization - 2 Years
- Experience in software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum) - 2 Years
- Experience translating business needs into user stories or product backlogs - 2 Years
- Critical thinking and consulting experience - 3 Years
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, or related fields are a plus.
