Payroll Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, and tax withholdings. Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and tax documents. Collaborate with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
