From day one, you’ll be trusted to: Handle cases from inception through resolution. Lead federal court litigation. Draft and argue substantive motions, pleadings, and discovery. Prepare cases for trial—with genuine courtroom exposure. Work on sophisticated healthcare defense, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home litigation, elder abuse, and other complex civil matters. Why attorneys make this move.
