Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive relationships while adhering to professional boundaries and ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, provide support, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on specific client needs while monitoring and adjusting approaches as required to maximize effectiveness.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments, to maintain accurate client records in compliance with organizational standards.

• Engage in individual supervision to reflect on practice, receive feedback, and enhance therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and support staff, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current, unrestricted, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting following graduation.

• Strong proficiency in utilizing computer systems, including Excel, Outlook, and specialized therapy management software such as PIMSY.

• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, with comfort in conducting intake assessments.
