Salesforce Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Salesforce Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Range: 63/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead Agile delivery initiatives using Scrum and SAFe methodologies for Salesforce and AI-enabled projects.
• Manage end-to-end Salesforce transformation and AI-powered programs from strategy to deployment and support.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs leveraging Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, and AI insights to monitor program health and predict risks.
• Collaborate with Salesforce COEs, Enterprise Architecture, and AI governance teams to implement Salesforce AI capabilities and integrations.

What's Needed?

• Deep expertise in Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, with Scrum Master and SAFe certifications preferred.
• Proven success managing complex Salesforce and AI programs, including CRM modernization and automation initiatives.
• Strong experience with data-driven reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce DevOps tools, along with AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
