Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each client.

• Perform initial comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans and intervention strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document care plans during case discussions, ensuring cohesive treatment pathways.

• Exhibit the skills necessary to cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients across all age groups.

• Manage ongoing case consultations that involve coordination with healthcare and community partners to optimize patient care.

• Maintain ethical documentation practices, ensuring thorough and timely completion in accordance with departmental standards.

• Implement evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide patients through the execution of their individualized service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from young adolescents to adults and families seeking assistance with a variety of mental health issues. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Availability for 10 to 40 hours of therapy sessions per week, with flexibility to meet client needs.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is essential for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
