Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health status, ensuring all cases are meticulously documented from the first consultation to the conclusion of therapy.

• Creating tailored and evidence-based treatment plans that cater to individual, couple, and family needs, making necessary adjustments along the way based on client feedback and progress.

• Facilitating engaging individual therapy sessions and structured group interventions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse client needs.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings or similar environments, particularly with a focus on group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
