Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' psychological needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to students and families facing acute challenges, ensuring rapid access to necessary resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily focus on school-aged clients struggling with mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral concerns.
