Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by clients, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific situations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support client progress and enhance resilience.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including teachers, psychologists, and other health providers to ensure holistic support for each student.

• Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, providing education and resources that empower them to navigate the complexities of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve school-aged children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. You will work with students facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. Your goal will be to create a supportive therapeutic environment where students feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings, encouraging open dialogue and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials in the state of Arizona, ensuring compliance without any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
