Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both virtual and community settings, delivering assessments and interventions tailored for individuals experiencing major mental health issues or serious emotional disorders.

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish treatment goals, including evidence-based screenings and multi-faceted evaluations when necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other healthcare providers, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role centers on clients in school settings who may grapple with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and behavior issues stemming from stressors linked to their socio-economic status. You will serve a diverse population, necessitating cultural competence and sensitivity in your approach.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW license is required in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
