Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to inform treatment planning and identify specific mental health needs.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely documentation of patient progress.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, school counselors, and educational staff, to ensure comprehensive care for students.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and developmental challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
