As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Financial Systems department supporting senior leadership and project teams. Support coordination of Financial Systems initiatives by tracking action items, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. Maintain project trackers and follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments are completed on schedule. Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, document decisions, and track follow-up actions. Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, project reviews, and working sessions. Help organize team priorities and ensure visibility into key deadlines and commitments. What\'s Needed? Experience coordinating projects, programs, or business operations across multiple stakeholders. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
