Project Coordinator

We're partnering with a well-established organization in the financial space to fill a Project Coordinator role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, organized professional to support project and operational teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role begins as a contract engagement with genuine potential to grow into a long-term or permanent position based on performance and business needs. What You'll Do Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items to completion Support project managers and leadership with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reporting using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) Communicate proactively with internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving forward Assist with presentation preparation and status reporting for leadership review Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or process bottlenecks What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or project support role Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint); Copilot experience a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Prior experience in a PMO, project, or operations support function preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr SilverSearch, Inc.
