The Director of Sales will be responsible for supporting the Vice President with staff recruitment, development and site financial management.Responsibilities:Deliver the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goalsAssist in providing appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for sales teamSupport marketing programs and educate sales staff on the marketing strategiesFollow and represent the Company in an ethical, moral and professional manner with adherence to industry and Company best practicesActively participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings and provide on-site support to sales employeesShow integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering on the promiseDisplay leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers; support others within the team and empower each other wherever possibleQualifications:Vacation Ownership In-House Sales Management experience requiredIndustry experience in supporting and managing a successful high-volume sales team.Proven track record in achieving sales.Sound leadership ability including motivating, coaching and performance management accompanied with effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.Driven, self-motivated and results focusedAbility to recognize financial trends and their application to the businessFlexible to work the operational hours of the siteTimeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience is essential to this roleCA Real Estate License RequiredHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
