Accounting Associate

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our quickly expanding business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, and expenses and updating our accounting database. This position will allow you to grow your accounting knowledge and experience. The Accounting Associate will work collaboratively with the teams of Premium Property Management (property management company), PPT Partners (real estate fund), and PPT Real Estate (real estate fund advisors). Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice verification, approval, and payment Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, payment processing, and customer communication Manage Company Credit Cards, including collecting receipts from staff and ensure proper coding of expenses Prepare quarterly distributions for the real estate fund Other Duties, including but not limited to: Deposit checks weekly Reconcile accounts and reports as needed Process journal entries and adjustments in accounting system Perform administrative support functions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study 1-3 years of experience working in accounting preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly detail-oriented Preferred experience with Buildium, BQE Core, Quickbooks, and MS Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
