Dental Assistant

Description: Room Prep: Set up and organize treatment rooms with necessary instruments, equipment, and materials. Patient Care: Welcome patients, ensure their comfort in the dental chair, and review medical histories. Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist by passing instruments and managing oral suction. Diagnostics: Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and dental impressions. Infection Control: Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and operatories following OSHA and CDC guidelines. Patient Education: Provide post-operative care instructions and advice on proper oral hygiene. Qualifications: Certification: State X-ray certification and CPR certification (Registered Dental Assistant or Certified Dental Assistant preferred). Skills: Strong working knowledge of dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental), great communication, and teamwork skills.
