Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to inform individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement tailored therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with incentives for performance through a generous bonus structure.
