Work in a values–driven culture guided by Simon-Kucher’s vision. How You Will Create An Impact As a Manager, lead and manage client projects while delivering high-quality, client-centric insights. Drive project planning and execution ensuring alignment to client objectives. Lead a talented junior consultant team to develop actionable recommendations. Build trusted client relationships and obtain buy-in for recommendations. Engage clients at all stages of their commercial strategy, obtaining feedback and adapting solutions. Expand and develop new capabilities, tactics, and tools for clients. Identify and engage prospective clients to grow the practice footprint. Provide exceptional client service even during challenging situations. Prepare client-ready deliverables and present findings. Effectively manage multiple projects and develop team members. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and maintain a strong project management cadence. Guide the team through research, analysis, and insight generation. Oversee deliverables across engagements, balancing quality and timelines. Contribute to practice priority development, thought leadership, new business opportunities and follow-on projects. Develop new thought leadership with senior peers. Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend continuous improvement opportunities. Coach and develop consultants on projects. Demonstrate empathy and emotional intelligence during conflict and change communication. Help recruit and integrate new HC&LS, Pharma consultants. Lead by example and contribute to Simon-Kucher’s culture and success. About You Outstanding drive, determination, desire to be part of a growing consulting firm. Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 4+ years of professional services experience, ideally in management consulting for Pharma & Biotech. Proven expertise in growth strategy, go-to-market, segmentation, product portfolio, pricing, marketing, value proposition, monetization, distribution, and sales strategies. Strong understanding of US market access and experience leading US projects. Preferred experience in Life Sciences consulting covering pricing, market access, marketing, or strategy for biopharma. Analytical problem-solving skills with quantitative, conceptual, and analytical methods. Solid understanding of marketing and pricing concepts with relevant experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior audiences. Track record of managing multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines. Strong project management and planning skills. Inclusive and empathetic team member with supervisory experience. Excellent written and verbal communication, client-focused. Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar – plus. Adaptable and resilient with continuous improvement mindset. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proven ability to build and grow high-performing consulting teams. In-office or client site presence 2–3 days per week per hybrid model. Compensation and Benefits Total compensation includes base salary, performance bonus, annual merit-based increases, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary range: $170,000 – $180,000 per year for U.S. roles. Benefits include paid time off, 13 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
