Ideal candidates will have:

• A masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license issued by the state board
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• Previous experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
• A compassionate and engaging approach to interacting with students, families, and staff

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language assessments for preschool through high school students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
• Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development activities
• Serve as an advocate for student success and inclusion within the classroom setting
