Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and strengths, informing the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or relational therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, peer specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Assist clients through various life transitions by offering support amid systemic stressors and social inequities, working to empower them throughout their healing process.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress through our user-friendly EHR platform.

• Engage in optional peer consultation groups, continuing education (CE) opportunities, and clinical training programs to enhance professional development and clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Mentalis Health and Wellness, you will work with a diverse range of clients who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and chronic stress. Your role will be pivotal in providing therapeutic support for individuals seeking healing and growth, particularly within vulnerable populations such as adolescents and underserved communities. By offering tailored therapeutic interventions, you will help clients navigate their personal journeys and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• An active LCSW license in California is required, while Associate Social Workers are encouraged to apply for supervised positions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
