Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring seamless communication and integrated care for our clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support for clients experiencing acute distress, applying clinical expertise and compassion.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and workshops to promote mental health awareness and destigmatization of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
