Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and formulate clinical diagnoses based on their unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches to effectively meet clients’ needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using best practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective support during emergencies.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
