Strategic Client Executive

To drive growth and client satisfaction, the full-time Strategic Client Executive will serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of large complex payers, managing revenue targets, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of superior service and solutions while working remotely or onsite as needed. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business strategies and challenges Manage revenue targets, including budgets and forecasts, for the assigned book of business Lead contract negotiations and oversee client renewals and retention efforts to expand partnerships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field 10+ years of experience in a client management role, particularly in the Payer and TPA space Proven success in revenue management and increasing utilization within a strategic client base Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret client financials Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to clients and executive teams
