Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring individualized understanding of each situation.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on each patient’s unique needs and treatment goals.

• Complete required documentation including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in a timely manner to support efficient billing cycles.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans when necessary, as well as relapse prevention and wellness plans aimed at maintaining patients’ stable functioning.

• Create and implement effective discharge plans to facilitate a smooth transition for patients exiting care.
\n
• Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Commit to professional growth by engaging in ongoing training and continuing education to enhance your skills and meet licensure requirements.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to contribute to the continuous improvement of team practices.

Qualifications\n
