About You: Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales OR Bachelor's degree in any field with 6+ months of relevant experience (such as sales, prospecting, or customer engagement) OR 1+ year of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Sales, Prospecting, or customer-facing role Motivated and self-starter with a passion for business development, prospecting, sales, and/or marketing Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Excitement around the enterprise software industry, particularly HCM or Workforce Management. Familiarity or certification in a common sales methodology (e.g., Sandler, Holden, AAISP). Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce.com. The pay range for this position is $46,900 to $67,400. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
