Position Description 

$23/hr
Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Interview Job Description: Inventory Transactions: Ship-confirm and Receive feed shipments into/from inventory, Account Payables: Code and process the invoices for expenses, Review statements for accuracy, Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies, Front Desk/Receptionist: Transfer calls, Sign for deliveries and assist with UPS shipments, Greet visitors and page people to the office as needed, Miscellaneous projects or tasks as needed. Payroll: Assist with calculating timecards, Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail, Previous experience in payables, customer service, data entry, or distribution would be helpful. Requirements: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook
