Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for optimal flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. As a part of our outpatient facility, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, ensuring they receive uninterrupted mental health support from the comfort of their homes. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and inform tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to provide integrated and cohesive care for clients, ensuring comprehensive treatment pathways.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred.

• Experience implementing trauma-focused therapies and interventions in clinical settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor toward all clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with various computer applications relevant to telehealth services.
