Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to create tailored therapy plans that meet their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including individual and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to facilitate optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at King Rail Youth & Family Clinic, you will work with a diverse clientele—ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and substance misuse, tailoring your approach to meet each client’s specific circumstances and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field is essential.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical context is essential.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards to provide compliant and high-quality therapeutic support.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical for building trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
