Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and determine appropriate treatment methodologies.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, promoting resilience and healing for each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate therapeutic progress.

• Deliver tailored individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Create crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, helpful coping mechanisms, and available mental health resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with both legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities centered around trauma-informed care principles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
