Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a full-time remote work setting, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their home through our telehealth facility. Our workweek is structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' unique situations and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that are individually tailored, taking into account patients' cultural backgrounds and personal experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that aim to address mental health concerns, building resilience and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and well-coordinated care for each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, actively ensuring client safety and emotional stabilization.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to empower patient engagement in their healing process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team discussions, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions.

• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy through research and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the significance of cultural competence in therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy through culturally responsive methodologies.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure scenarios.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting the ability to build trusting relationships with diverse client populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
