Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in their journey toward healing.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups, encouraging community and shared learning among participants.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization support during emergencies, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective help.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatments, and resources within the community to enhance their understanding and participation in their care.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients facing a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
