Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapeutic strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family consultations, and individual counseling, ensuring a supportive environment for clients to express themselves and work through their challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively to manage client information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic care coordination, sharing insights and recommendations that enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona.
