As trusted in-home professionals, we form strong relationships with our clients and are often considered part of their extended families.Paid TrainingNo nights, weekends or holidaysCompetitive pay, earn $15-20 an hour plus tips based on availability and experienceTeam captains and solo cleaners earn $15-20 an hour or moreGenerous mileage reimbursementPaid holidays and personal daysHealth insuranceCareer path opportunitiesPositive team atmosphereJob Position Description:Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homesWe provide equipment including vacuums, cleaning products and microfiber cleaning clothsProvide detailed housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms.Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathroomsCarry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers' homesContribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeHas respect and understanding for co-workers and customersQualifications:Available Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses. Ability to read cleaning instructions.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds of equipment.Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions.Ability to drive to and from various job sites. Car, car insurance, and valid driver's license are required.Merry Maids is a drug-free workplace.No previous house cleaning experience is needed and paid training is provided.
