A/P & A/R Specialist

All Tech Electronics Inc. is a distributor of electronics components serving the defense and aerospace community. 

Accounting Specialist Job Responsibilities:

-          Work with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

-          Processing payments by check, credit card, and EFT.

-          Receive, process, and reconcile statements.

-          Prepare and make bank deposits.

-          Assist with preparation for annual audits.

-          Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.

-          Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices.

-         Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.

Hours:     

-          8:30 am – 5:00 pm on site

-          1 hour for lunch

Accounting Specialist Qualifications/Skills:

-          Understanding of accounting principles

-          Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook

-          Strong written and verbal communication skills

-          Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data

-          Ability to maintain confidentiality

-          Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability

Education and Experience Requirements:

-          1-3 years of general accounting experience

-          1-3 years of experience working with accounts receivable and accounts payable
