What Youll Do

• Connect with customers by phone, email, text, and live chat
• Schedule sales appointments and create a great first impression
• Respond quickly to internet leads and customer inquiries
• Help customers find the right department and resources
• Follow up with potential buyers and keep conversations going
• Work closely with our sales and management teams
• Use our CRM system daily to track customer interactions

What Were Looking For

Customer service experience preferred automotive knowledge is a plus (but well train the right person!) strong communication and computer skills team player mentality with a positive attitude motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professional and friendly personality valid drivers license required
