Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Stanford Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and emotional well-being of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique circumstances.

• Evaluating client needs and developing tailored treatment plans that address a variety of issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution, grief and loss, job stress, and blended family dynamics.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to foster communication and resolve conflicts among family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to enhance client outcomes and engagement.

• Providing guidance and support for challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and contribute to integrated treatment strategies.
