Job Description Job Description Stellar Staffing, LLC is currently accepting applications for Business Development Manager. A Business Development Manager focuses on growing the company's client base and revenue by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role involves lead generation, proposal creation, client relationship management, and negotiating contracts. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify potential clients and markets. Develop and implement business development strategies. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online prospecting. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and requirements. Provide excellent customer service and support. Sales and Negotiation: Develop and present proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and pricing. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
