It is a hybrid role located in Moon, PA.

What You'll Do

Business Development (50%)

• Prospect, develop, and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
• Identify workforce challenges and deliver staffing and talent solutions that help organizations achieve their hiring goals.
• Negotiate service agreements and build long-term, consultative partnerships.
• Expand market presence through networking events, industry associations, and community engagement.

Recruiting & Placement (50%)

• Source, recruit, interview, and assess accounting and finance professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent opportunities.
• Match top talent with client needs by understanding both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
• Manage the full candidate and client experience throughout the placement process.
• Provide career guidance, coaching, and ongoing communication to candidates.
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and successful engagement outcomes for both clients and talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting, finance, banking, recruiting, or a related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of success in business development, sales, or account management within a metrics-driven environment.
• Proven ability to develop new business through multi-touch, multi-decision-maker sales cycles.
• Experience building relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers within small to mid-sized organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance functions and organizational structures preferred.
• Competitive, relationship-focused, and highly motivated with strong communication skills.
