Job Summary

We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced Floor Manager (30+ hrs) to join our team! As the manager, you will organize and oversee the daily operations of our venue.

Our managers must possess strong communication skills and remain focused on ensuring positive customer experiences as well as positive team experiences. You should be capable of solving problems successfully even when faced with challenging situations. 

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate operations with owners and co-workers to maximize efficiency 
• Manage flow of the day. Meaning, but not limited to: leading special event execution, game day AV requirements, staff schedule adjustments day of, adjusting lighting and sound to match the time of day/night
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and inventory are stocked and maintained
• Respond to guest concerns and resolve them appropriately
• Maintain positive energy in the space, leading by example 
• Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a leader in hospitality
• Possess NYC Food Handlers License
• Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
• An outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Savvy 
• Knowledge in football/soccer as well as women's sports is a plus! 
• Availability on weekends is a must
