Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

To support a growing Data & Analytics team, the Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will lead analytics initiatives, develop enterprise reporting solutions, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions in a hybrid or remote environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights Define and govern key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent reporting and decision-making across business functions Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that affect business performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or data-focused roles Advanced expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling Strong SQL skills with experience in querying and validating large datasets Experience delivering executive-level reporting and presenting analytical findings to stakeholders
