Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering growth and resilience.

• Provide individual therapy using diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness techniques, delivered both in person and via teletherapy to accommodate client preferences and needs.

• Establish and regularly update therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, closely monitoring their progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and documentation to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting the professionalism of our practice.

• Participate in regular professional development activities, including workshops, seminars, and peer consultations, to enhance clinical skills and stay informed of best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will include working with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. The diverse backgrounds of our clients reflect the community we serve, allowing you to engage with individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and therapeutic needs.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of a trusting and therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' varied experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a diverse caseload while meeting administrative responsibilities.

• Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
