Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological states, with a particular emphasis on mood disorders, relationship issues, and family dynamics.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s identified goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide effective treatment interventions.

• Provide consistent education to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and available treatment options, equipping them with self-care strategies and resources.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care.

• Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing challenges related to divorce, relationship conflicts, and various mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
