IT Support & Systems Specialist

Job Title: IT Support & Systems Specialist Location: Indianapolis, IN (On-site) Department: IT Reports To: Tech Ops Lead Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 About The Role Backhaul Direct is looking for a motivated IT Support & Systems Specialist to help run and maintain our day-to-day IT environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys solving problems, learning new systems, and taking on real ownership. You’ll support our internal team, keep core systems running smoothly, and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow. You’ll also work alongside our Tech Ops team and external vendors to ensure our technology supports the business rather than slowing it down.
