I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in luxury automotive sales, where I developed a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. I grew up in South Florida but have called the San Francisco Bay Area home since the 1980s. Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community by participating in neighborhood events throughout the year. We take pride in building strong relationships and maintaining the small-town feel that makes our community so special. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Joshin Bruguera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred. Leadership and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Bilingual Spanish preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Joshin Bruguera - State Farm Agent
