Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve clients in a hospice setting who are facing terminal illnesses and associated mental health challenges. You will provide therapeutic support to individuals and their families, addressing emotional pain, grief, and life transitions, therefore playing a critical role in enhancing patient outcomes through compassionate mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Valid LCSW license in New York State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
