Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Bridge Impact Mind Builders, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that employ evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to align with clients’ preferences and care goals.

• Documenting clinical encounters meticulously in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that patient confidentiality and care continuity are upheld.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s wellbeing are managed effectively.

• Engaging in regular case reviews and peer consultations to enhance care quality, sharing insights and strategies that align with contemporary best practices.

• Offering education and resources to patients and their families related to mental health challenges, treatment options, and local support services.

• Staying updated on the latest research and therapeutic interventions to continually refine and improve your clinical practice.

• Managing a full caseload of patients and tracking their progress toward treatment goals, while adhering to the ethical standards laid out by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
